Adaptogens & Nootropics: Optimizing Health Naturally

Physician-Led Medical Workshops (Adaptogens & Nootropics)

Colorado Precision Medicine’s physician-led medical workshops combine expert health education with the energy and connection of learning alongside others. Led by Dr. Tereza Hubkova, each focused session explores an important health topic and translates current medical science into practical strategies you can apply in everyday life. Group visits offer more time for education, discussion, and shared learning while providing participants with actionable tools to support healthier choices and long-term well-being.

Dr. Tereza’s Menopause Workshops will offer interactive deeper-dive sessions on:

  • Bone & Muscle Health: Understand how hormonal changes affect bone density, muscle strength, and long-term mobility, and explore strategies for preserving both.
  • Brain Health & Sleep: Explore the connections between menopause, cognitive function, sleep quality, and strategies for supporting brain health.
  • Metabolism: Learn how hormonal changes influence body composition, insulin sensitivity, and metabolic health, along with practical prevention strategies.
  • Cardiovascular Health: Understand cardiovascular risk factors, important biomarkers, and evidence-based approaches to protecting heart health during and after menopause.
  • Breast Health: Explore breast health, risk assessment, screening considerations, and opportunities for personalized prevention.

Workshop sessions are $99 each or all five for $299—where each session will cover topic-specific testing. For best results, you can obtain your tests prior to meeting through your PCP or through Colorado Precision Medicine. Testing is optional, but being able to have results to review during your workshop allows for maximum value. Participants with results can follow their own labs as I explain relevant biomarkers, with the option to schedule an individual consultation when appropriate.

(Note: Dr. Hubkova currently provides in-person care within Colorado and care via telemedicine for Kansas, Missouri, Michigan, and Pennsylvania residents. If you live elsewhere, check back as we are adding covered states regularly.)

Optional Laboratory Testing

Each workshop introduces relevant laboratory tests and biomarkers that may provide insights into the featured health topic. Participants may choose to obtain appropriate testing beforehand through their primary care physician or Colorado Precision Medicine.

Testing is optional and is not included in the workshop registration fee. Participants who have relevant results may use them as personal reference materials during the educational discussion. Individual interpretation, medical recommendations, and personalized treatment planning require a separate consultation.
