Physician-Led HeaLth Workshops (Heart Health)

Colorado Precision Medicine’s physician-led medical workshops combine expert health education with the energy and connection of learning alongside others. Led by Dr. Tereza Hubkova, each focused session explores an important health topic and translates current medical science into practical strategies you can apply in everyday life. Group visits offer more time for discussion and shared learning while providing participants with actionable tools to support healthier choices and long-term well-being.

Dr. Tereza’s four-part Heart Health Workshops will offer interactive deeper-dive sessions on:

  • Who Is at Risk?: Explore family history, blood pressure, insulin resistance, sleep, stress, and the roles of hormones and menopause, chronic inflammation, infections, and gut health.
  • Looking Beneath the Surface: Explore tools for understanding cardiovascular risk, home blood pressure monitoring, coronary calcium scoring, and coronary CT angiography with CLEERLY analysis.
  • Beyond Cholesterol: Discuss oxLDL, Lp(a), apoB, ADMA, TMAO, hs-CRP, and homocysteine, and what they can reveal about cholesterol, inflammation, vascular function, and the gut–heart connection.
  • Putting Prevention into Practice: Learn practical approaches to eating, healthier fats, fiber, plant diversity, and adequate protein.

Workshop sessions are $99 each or all four for $199.

* Workshop-to-Consultation Credit: The full registration fee paid for a complete workshop series may be applied toward an individual consultation with Dr. Tereza. This credit must be used within one year of the workshop registration date.

Optional Laboratory Testing

Each workshop introduces relevant laboratory tests and biomarkers that may provide additional insights into the featured health topic. Participants may choose to obtain appropriate testing in advance through their primary care physician or Colorado Precision Medicine. Participants with existing test results are encouraged to use them as personal reference materials while Dr. Hubkova explains the significance of various biomarkers and their relationship to overall health.

Laboratory testing is entirely optional and is not included in the workshop registration fee. Workshops are educational in nature; individualized interpretation of test results, medical recommendations, and personalized treatment planning require a separate consultation.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable. No refunds are provided for missed sessions or partially completed series. If Colorado Precision Medicine cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
